Our automated software, resides at www.dif.ca.  The system is very easy to use and it allows you to place orders, track shipments, print waybills, and generate reports with a few simple keystrokes.  Here are just a few of the value-added benefits you will reap by utilizing the software:

1. Before a delivery runs late, we are notified in advance which will allow us to proactively take whatever action is deemed necessary to correct the situation;
2. Each client has a dedicated database where all addressed are stored;
3. Delivery notification can automatically be sent via email or fax in real time;
4. User id and password hierarchy allow complete control by the client’s administrator;
5. Before placing an order, you will know exactly how much it will cost and you will also be able to compare prices using various service levels before making a decision;
6. Mandatory fields may be created in order to ensure all of the necessary information you require has to be included before an order can be placed;

In conjunction with the implementation of the new software, we are revamping our Customer Service Department as well.  Performance reports, on-time delivery, escalation analysis reports, etc. will be closely monitored and everyone will be held accountable for their respective positions.
